1. Who we are

Leaves Creative Agency LLC ("Leaves Creative," "we," "us," "our") is a marketing agency operated by Anton Glennie at 8 The Green, Suite 19361, Dover, DE 19901. We help service-based businesses generate qualified leads through paid advertising and AI-assisted communication.

2. Information we collect

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Business name, business type, and revenue range
• Communication history with us (call recordings, transcripts, SMS, email)
• Website usage data and cookies

We collect this information when you:

• Submit a lead form on Meta platforms (Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads)
• Book a strategy session through our Calendly
• Fill out a form on our website
• Communicate with us directly by phone, SMS, or email

3. Information collected through Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

We run advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. When you submit a Meta Lead Ad form, Meta shares the information you provided (such as your name, email, phone number, and any custom question answers) with us as the advertiser.

We use this information to:

• Contact you about the service or offer described in the ad
• Qualify your inquiry and determine fit
• Invite you to book a strategy session with us

Your use of Meta's platforms is also governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy and Terms. We are an independent advertiser and not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta is responsible for how it collects and processes data on its own platforms.

4. How we use your information

• To contact you about the inquiry you submitted through a Meta Lead Ad, our website, or a direct message
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices for calls you book with us
• To send pre-call materials and any details required to prepare for your scheduled strategy session
• To respond to your inquiries
• To keep accurate records of our communications with you
• To improve our advertising and measure campaign performance (in aggregate, not for SMS targeting)

We do not use your phone number to send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

5. SMS communications

Program name: Leaves Creative Appointment Reminders.

By booking a call through our Calendly and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Leaves Creative Agency LLC related to your scheduled appointment. These messages include booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, cancellation notices, and follow-ups directly tied to your call. Message frequency is limited to messages related to your appointment, typically no more than 4 messages per booked call. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone numbers collected through Meta Lead Ads are used only for direct one-to-one outreach (phone call or manual message) related to your inquiry. They are not enrolled in any automated SMS program without your separate consent through our Calendly booking.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send a final confirmation and stop all further SMS messages. Note that opting out may prevent you from receiving reminders for your scheduled call.

6. Mobile information sharing (carrier-required disclosure)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (for example, SMS message delivery via Twilio, TextMagic, or similar carriers) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers strictly to deliver the services you request from us:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — lead generation through Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads
• Twilio, Inc. — SMS delivery and phone-call infrastructure
• TextMagic, Inc. — SMS delivery
• Cal.com, Inc. — appointment scheduling
• Retell AI — AI-assisted phone-call routing
• Supabase — secure database storage
• Google Workspace — email and document storage

These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify and to keep it secure.

8. Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you remain an active lead or client, and for up to 5 years after your last engagement, for operational and legal record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

9. Your rights

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of SMS appointment reminders by replying STOP
• Opt out of email communications by clicking unsubscribe in any of our emails

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active contacts and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
