We collect this information when you submit a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) Lead Ad form, interact with our website, or communicate with us directly by phone, SMS, or email.

• To send marketing and promotional SMS messages about our services
• To deliver promotional offers, updates, and educational content
• To respond to your inquiries and follow up about our services
• To improve our marketing campaigns and measure outreach effectiveness

5. Mobile information sharing (carrier-required disclosure)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (for example, SMS message delivery via Twilio, TextMagic, or similar carriers) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers strictly to deliver the services you request from us:

• Twilio, Inc. — SMS delivery and phone-call infrastructure
• TextMagic, Inc. — SMS delivery
• Cal.com, Inc. — appointment scheduling
• Retell AI — AI-assisted phone-call routing
• Supabase — secure database storage
• Google Workspace — email and document storage

These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify and to keep it secure.

7. Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you remain an active lead or client, and for up to 5 years after your last engagement, for operational and legal record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of all SMS marketing communications by replying STOP
• Opt out of email marketing by clicking unsubscribe in any of our emails
