SMS Terms of Service

1. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number when booking a strategy session through Leaves Creative's Calendly, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Leaves Creative Agency LLC related to your scheduled appointment. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this program.

2. Message types

• Appointment booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders before your scheduled call
• Reschedule and cancellation notices
• Follow-up messages directly tied to your scheduled call (for example, joining instructions or pre-call materials)

3. Frequency

Message frequency is tied to your booked appointment. You will typically receive no more than 4 messages per booked call.

4. Cost

Leaves Creative Agency LLC does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.

5. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others supported by the SMS aggregator network are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email antonglennie@leavescreative.com.

7. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from all Leaves Creative SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent. Please note that opting out may prevent you from receiving reminders for your scheduled call. You may resubscribe at any time by replying START or by booking a new call through our Calendly.

8. Privacy

Mobile information including phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of message delivery (for example, Twilio or TextMagic) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
