By providing your mobile phone number through a Leaves Creative Meta (Facebook or Instagram) Lead Ad form, our website, or any other written or electronic opt-in, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS messages from Leaves Creative Agency LLC. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• New service announcements
• Marketing campaigns and educational content related to our services
• Special events, webinars, or invitations
• Follow-up communication about your interest in our services

3. Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 marketing messages per month from Leaves Creative Agency LLC.

4. Cost

Leaves Creative Agency LLC does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.

5. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others supported by the SMS aggregator network are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from all Leaves Creative marketing SMS. You will receive one final confirmation, after which no further marketing messages will be sent. You may resubscribe at any time by replying START.

8. Privacy

Mobile information including phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
