Leaves Creative Agency offers the following services on both a monthly retainer and projectbasis:
- Content Creation
- Social Media Management
- Paid Ads.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Website Design

Each plan includes tailored deliverables based on the Customer’s needs. Monthly retainersprovide ongoing support, while project-based services focus on specific deliverables with anagreed timeline.

If you engage Leaves Creative Agency for social media management services, particularly ona monthly retainer basis, you will be required to provide your social media login details.This is necessary for us to access and manage your social media accounts as part of ourservices. We take reasonable measures to ensure that your login information is storedsecurely and used solely for managing your accounts.

Leaves Creative Agency accepts payments for services through Stripe, a secure third-partypayment processor. By using our services, you authorize Leaves Creative Agency to chargeyour credit card on file for monthly retainers, project-based services, or any other agreed-upon fees. Stripe stores and processes your credit card information, and Leaves CreativeAgency does not store any credit card details directly. Stripe is responsible for securelyhandling your credit card information in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. You canreview Stripe’s Privacy Policy here (https://stripe.com/privacy).

For subscriptions on monthly retainers, your credit card will be automatically charged on arecurring basis at the start of each billing cycle, using the payment method you providedwhen signing up. By subscribing, you agree to this auto-payment arrangement unless youcancel your subscription according to our Cancellation and Renewal Policy.

For clients who engage Leaves Creative Agency to run ads, you are required to provide avalid credit card for the payment of ad spend. Stripe is our third-party payment processor,and Leaves Creative Agency does not store your credit card information directly. Allpayment details are processed securely via Stripe in compliance with industry-standardPCI-DSS requirements.By providing your payment information, you authorize Leaves Creative Agency to chargeyour card for the agreed-upon ad spend, which will be processed either directly through theadvertising platform or via Stripe.

Customers may cancel their service plan by submitting a written notice at least twenty-one(21) days before the end of the current billing cycle. Once work has commenced, refundswill not be provided. After submitting a cancellation notice, services will continue until theend of the current billing cycle. If notice is not provided within 21 days, the service willautomatically renew, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billingmonth.

Leaves Creative Agency provides a review period of three (3) business days following the delivery of content for the Customer to provide feedback. If no feedback is received within this period, the work will be deemed accepted, and the team will proceed with the next tasks. The Customer may request revisions after acceptance, but it will not delay the ongoing project timeline or the subscription billing cycle.

Ownership of all works created specifically for the Customer during a given billing cycle transfers to the Customer immediately upon commencement of that cycle’s services. This includes, but is not limited to, social media content, media production, and customized marketing assets. Leaves Creative Agency retains ownership of its proprietary tools and methods.

Customers are prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing Leaves Creative Agency's services or content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Using Leaves Creative Agency's services in a way that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Leaves Creative Agency reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Customers are encouraged to regularly review the terms to remain updated on any changes.

Leaves Creative Agency, LLC, its employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of the services.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
